Which system is suitable for wind-exposed locations?

For exposed terraces we recommend cassette awnings with a wind sensor or pergolas with a louvre roof, the latter can be used up to Beaufort 10.

Is a building permit required?

For most awnings on existing buildings, no. Free-standing pergolas and larger systems may require a permit, we clarify this with the responsible municipality.

How do I care for the fabric?

Regular brushing and shaking is usually enough. We offer professional cleaning as a service, and replacement fabrics for all brands.

Can I add lighting to sun protection later?

With most cassette and pergola systems, LED retrofitting is possible. We inspect the system and propose a suitable solution.
